Overview:
A stoic, somewhat stern Vieran woman that has certainly experienced much more of the world than she lets on. Having left her native village after fifty years, curiousity drove her to Dalmasca. However, finding little in the way of fulfillment aside from being a trophy peice of some nobleman, absconded to Doma.
Her travels didn't end there, however. A sellsword for the fueding lords also gave rise to tedium, and with what Gil she earned, booked passage to Kugane. Here, she managed to stay for many years, working odd jobs from bodyguard to monster hunter on the Ruby Sea. Soon, tales and stories from ocean travellers ignited her curiousity again.
Thavnair was next. And it was here Solar took to dancing as another alternative to earn Gil. She performed with a troupe for many summers before discourse caused them to disband. The director wanted the 'exotic' Viera as the main showpeice, much to the chagrin of Solar, and some of the other dancers. From here, she made for Sharlayan with an aquaintance met while travelling Thavnair.
Here, she proved to be a most studios being, attending the Studium and penning a thesis on aetherical flow dictating the similarities in wildlife continents apart. For all her martial prowess, however, she had neglacted the magical arts and had at last found such a place to learn from some of the best in the world. Initially, she chose conjury, offsetting her warrior training with that of a healer, but eventually was allowed training as a Sage. Though by no means a master, she is competant.For the last few years, now, she has wandered Eorzea. Hearing of the plight of the land and it's radiant forests, especially after the Calamity, her Viera spirit burned for action against those who would destroy the natural beauty of the realm. She makes her living as a sellsword once again, this time with one of the many free companies.
